As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Metime exists to make structured and accessible meditation available to everyone—regardless of age, background, or experience. We believe emotional health is just as important as physical health. Everyone deserves to feel peace within themselves. Caring for your mind should be possible—without stigma, without pressure, and without feeling alone. Through guided meditation, education, and community outreach, we help individuals build emotional resilience, find inner peace, and live with greater clarity and happiness.
For over 15 years, we have guided people through meditation in the heart of Los Angeles. During that time, we've seen a growing number of individuals silently struggling—with stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional pain. Many turn to medication or distraction, often without knowing another path exists. That’s why Metime was born. We believe that learning how to care for your mind is not a luxury—it’s essential. Meditation is not about escaping life. It’s about facing it with clarity, calm, and strength. It’s a practice of compassion, awareness, and self-responsibility.
