My name is Sean, and I am a meditation instructor at Hancock Park Meditation.
I began my meditation journey in 2005, exploring various practices (including different types of meditation) to overcome anxiety, depression, and discover the meaning of life. I encountered mind cleansing practice on my birthday in 2007.
